I want to remove bios password after remove it from ec chip when try to boot it i get soled charge led and after press power button i get 7 capslock blinks. I restored backups for the both ec and main i still have the problem please help.

which problem you mean ?

i don't know exactly
maybe the bios chip is not correctly placed
you need to check connections carefully

those problems which you mentioned are not related to clear me region.
clear me region is for problems like delay on display or high fan spin.
but for the password problem i sent the patched file above.

if you have same result with that file then seems the problem is not bios.
you need to check hardware too.

Thank you very much bro its works after i found a missed resistor on spi communication but i get message that tell me endpoint what it is? and always i get delay when turn on the laptop.

for that error you need to update bios on windows from hp website
